Machine structure
The fuselage is an independent rectangular parallelepiped, consisting of three major parts: bearing frame, reduction box, and machine base. The feeding powder hopper is connected to the bearing frame and extends outside the machine. The front end of the machine base is designed to extend out and touch the ground widely and stably. Therefore, it does not need to be installed and can be placed anywhere for indoor use.
The rotating drum of the pellet manufacturing device is installed horizontally under the hopper, with bearing supports at the front and rear. It rotates in reverse and forward direction through the transmission of the rack. The front bearing seat on the end face is movable. During assembly and disassembly, only three screws are unscrewed, and the front bearing seat and rotating drum can be pulled out in sequence. The two ends of the rotating drum adopt symmetrical convex couplings, which are not restricted by reverse alignment and are easy to assemble and disassemble.
The screen clamping device is on both sides of the rotating drum. It is made of steel pipes with a long slot in the middle. Both ends of the screen are embedded in the slot. Turn the handwheel to wrap the screen around the outer circle of the rotating drum. The inner stop of the handwheel is supported by a spur wheel, and the tightness can be adjusted.
The reduction box adopts worm gear transmission with a speed ratio of The gear shaft meshing with the gear rod performs reverse and clockwise rotation.
The motor mounting plate of the machine seat is connected to the hinge of the machine base, and the other end is hinged to the nut. When the hand wheel on the machine base is turned, the screw rod is adjusted to rotate, and the nut drives the motor plate up and down to adjust the tightness of the V-belt.
