Four Operations and Adjustments

2. Replace the grinding disc
Remove the old grinding disc. The grinding disc has front and back sides. The static grinding disc and the movable grinding disc can be interchanged.
Install the grinding disc, adjust the gap between the inner hole of the grinding disc and the installation position of the grinding sleeve or movable grinding disc to be even, and then tighten the screws.
Adjust the flatness of the grinding disc. Turn on the machine, adjust the adjusting screw until the grinding disc makes a very harsh sound, run for about 2 seconds, stop the machine, open the front cover, take out the movable grinding disc, and gently touch the surrounding area of the static grinding disc with your hand. You can feel which position has a high or low temperature. The position with high temperature indicates that the grinding disc is high, and the position with low temperature indicates that the grinding disc is low. Or you can see which position of the grinding disc has the tooth tip bright or not.
