Principle
The working principle of the whole machine: The compressed air enters the pressure tank of the sandblasting machine through the bamboo joint, and is placed on the top of the conical closing valve, and the pressure tank is sealed. The abrasive in the pressure pipe flows into the sand valve, and the compressed air is mixed with the abrasive at the sand valve, and is ejected from the high-speed nozzle through the sandblasting pipe to process the workpiece.
This machine adopts the pneumatic control principle. Compressed air enters the air-controlled sand valve and seals the internal air path of the sand valve. At this time, sandblasting operations cannot be performed. After turning on the air-control handle switch, the air path is opened and sandblasting begins. The overall control is controlled by the equipment's pneumatic switch, making the operation easy and smooth.
