Crane neck motor classification
Crane neck motors are divided into cart crooked neck motors (running on the rails, one on each side if the span is long), and trolley crooked neck motors (included in the crane) (walking on the rails), lifting and tilting neck motors, (if there is a grab bucket, there is also an opening and closing tilting neck motor).
Introduction to the crooked neck motor
The control circuits of the above crooked neck motors are all forward and reverse control, that is, the phase sequence of the stator power supply is exchanged, and a hydraulic crooked neck motor is connected in parallel with the crooked neck motor wiring, mainly to prevent the crooked neck motor from being twisted. When the motor suddenly loses power, the motor is used for braking due to inertial motion, commonly known as the brake motor.
The crooked neck motor has a winding structure. The rotor circuit is connected to a resistor through a slip ring brush. It can be divided into several levels of control. The speed is adjusted by switching the resistance of the rotor circuit on and off. When starting, all resistors are equal. When input, the speed regulation circuit can be controlled by grading by cam switch, or speed regulation can be achieved through time relay, that is, automatic delayed gear shifting. In the highest gear, which is the fastest gear, all external resistors of the rotor are withdrawn.
