The disassembly method of the motor brush holder, wind guard and fan blades is as follows. For enclosed motors, remove the pulley or coupling and unscrew the screws of the outer air cover to remove the air cover. Then unscrew the positioning screw on the fan at the end of the rotor shaft or take out the pin and use a wooden hammer to gently and evenly tap the fan around the fan to loosen and remove it. For winding motors, first loosen the brush holder spring, lift the brush holder, remove the brush, and then remove the brush holder. To ensure accurate positioning during assembly, markings should be made before disassembly. For small motors, the fan does not need to be removed but can be pulled out together with the rotor.

The disassembly method of the fan blade should vary according to the installation method. Some fan blades are fixed with clamping screws, some are fixed with head screws, and some use pins. There are two special square holes on the new plastic fan blades for disassembly by inserting the two hooks of the shaft puller into the holes. There are two threaded holes specially drilled on the proximal axis of the fan blades of large motors for alternately screwing in two screws commensurate with the holes to push out the fan blades. The fan blades of large motors are tightly installed and difficult to remove. Therefore, when disassembling the fan blades, you should carefully observe the fixing method of the fan blades and then take corresponding disassembly measures.
