The electro-hydraulic push rod uses an electric motor as the power source, and the electric motor rotates in the forward (reverse) direction, so that the hydraulic oil outputs pressure oil through the two-way gear pump, and is sent to the work through the oil manifold block. Has automatic overload protection function: When the electro-hydraulic push rod is working, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston has reached the end point, the motor is still rotating. At this time, the oil circuit When the oil pressure increases to the set pressure, the relief valve overflows quickly and accurately to realize automatic overload protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will never burn out. Self-locking function: A pressure self-locking mechanism is designed in the oil circuit integrated block of the electro-hydraulic push rod. When the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately stays in a certain position, and the pressure oil is in a pressure-maintaining state. Stepless adjustment: Stepless adjustment can be made within the rated speed output force and stroke range according to user requirements.

Precautions during installation and use
The electro-hydraulic actuator should be installed with enough space and the ambient temperature should be between 10 and 10 degrees (high temperature environments must be specially ordered).
Users can configure the limit switch according to control needs.
Before installing the electro-hydraulic push rod, place it flat on the ground. Inject hydraulic oil (brand accuracy grade) and the oil level should be at the lower edge of the observation port. The oil level of the split push rod should be within the box.
The exhaust screw ring of the exhaust hole should be loosened before use.

Maintenance of the electro-hydraulic push rod
In order to ensure the service life of the high-pressure oil pipe, the oil pipe must be fixed with rubber.
Hydraulic oil must be filtered or replaced regularly, once a year or at a customized period based on actual work.
If the motor is left idle for a long time, the insulation of the motor must be checked before being put into use.
Simple troubleshooting
If it cannot operate when it is first installed, check if the motor is not running or there is insufficient oil.
If it cannot operate after being used for a period of time, remove the hydraulic control plug, clean the spool of the hydraulic control valve, and replace the hydraulic oil.
