Precautions during installation and use
The electro-hydraulic actuator should be installed with enough space and the ambient temperature should be between 10 and 10 degrees (high temperature environments must be specially ordered).
Users can configure the limit switch according to control needs.
Before installing the electro-hydraulic push rod, place it flat on the ground. Inject hydraulic oil (brand accuracy grade) and the oil level should be at the lower edge of the observation port. The oil level of the split push rod should be within the box.
The exhaust screw ring of the exhaust hole should be loosened before use.

Maintenance of the electro-hydraulic push rod
In order to ensure the service life of the high-pressure oil pipe, the oil pipe must be fixed with rubber.
Hydraulic oil must be filtered or replaced regularly, once a year or at a customized period based on actual work.
If the motor is left idle for a long time, the insulation of the motor must be checked before being put into use.
Simple troubleshooting
If it cannot operate when it is first installed, check if the motor is not running or there is insufficient oil.
If it cannot operate after being used for a period of time, remove the hydraulic control plug, clean the spool of the hydraulic control valve, and replace the hydraulic oil.
