新型外置超声波振动筛是一种非常精密的筛分机械，我公司利用了先进的超声波换能器降低了设备生产的噪音，筛分质量得到了很大的提升，具有很好的清网效果，使超精细以及微粒筛分成为可能，改善了筛分的性能。
设备特点：
⑴减少或不产生清网时间；
⑵不产生弹跳球等辅助物对粉体的污染；
⑶保持网口尺寸，稳定筛分精度；
⑷分解粘附物质，减少筛上物；
⑸减少筛分次数。
该设备改善低密度粉在重力沉降中的平降（粉末与网口轻接触）、滑移效应，改善高密度金属在网口的滞留或楔入，改善带静电粉体的粘附效应，从而提高筛分效率和筛分质量。用筛分通过率表示，一般情况下比不加超声振动筛增加通过率50%—400%。
作业原理：
附加在筛网上的超声振动波（机械波），使超微细粉体接受巨大的超声加速度，从而抑制粘附、摩擦、平降、楔入等堵网因素，提高筛分效益和清网效益。
