移动脚手架保养小结，任何物件想要延长其使用寿命，就必须做好它的维护保养工作。这其中就包含了移动脚手架，我们都知道移动脚手架是事故高发的设备，因而做好其维护工作，更是对建筑施工的负责。那么移动脚手架应该如何保养呢，我们就来具体的了解一下；一、凡弯曲、变形的杆件应先调直，损坏的构件应先修复，方能入库寄存，否则应改换。二、使用中的移动脚手架（包括构配件）应及时回支出库、分类寄存。露天堆放时，场地应平整，排水良好，下设支垫，并用苫布遮盖，配件、零件应寄存在室内。三、对移动脚手架的构配件停止除锈、防锈处置，凡湿度较大的地域（大于75％）每年涂防锈漆一次，普通应两年涂刷一次。扣件要涂油。螺栓宜镀锌防锈。凡没有条件镀锌时，应在每次运用后用煤油洗濯，在涂上机油防锈。四、工具式移动脚手架（如门型架、桥式架、吊篮、受料台）在撤除后需求及时停止维修维护，并配套寄存。五、圆盘脚手架运用的扣件、螺母、垫板、插销等小配件极易丧失，在支搭时应将多余件及时回收寄存，在撤除时亦及时验收，不得乱仍乱放。六、树立健全移动脚手架工具资料的领发、回收、反省、维修制度，依照谁运用、谁维修、谁管理的准绳，实行限额领用或租赁办法，以增加丧失和损耗。
