在工程中，填缝板已应用过多种材料，如沥青木丝板、沥青木板、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板、防腐软木、聚乙烯泡沫板等等。沥青木丝板和聚苯乙烯板强度低，施工中及在使用时期均易损坏，使用沥青木材耗量太大，防腐软木在国内尚未被广泛应用，低发泡高压聚乙烯闭孔型泡沫塑料板是目前比较理想的填缝板材。
1、 基本介绍
聚乙烯泡沫塑料(PE) 该材料为软质闭孔材料，导热系数与EPS板相近。该产品具有以下两个特点：⑴吸水率极低，几乎不吸水；⑵水蒸气渗透系数极小，几乎不透水蒸气。
2、 产品规格及适用范围
聚乙烯闭孔泡沫板的型号有两种，其中一种为L-1100型中压板，外观为灰黑色，表面较细腻无明显气泡，质地偏软，用手可以按压变型，但韧性非常出色，无数次对折后，不会出现裂纹及断裂现象。一般规格为一米宽，两米长的板材，厚度可根据客户要求加工成2mm-60mm厚之间的任意尺寸。我公司还配备大型裁剪机，可为客户裁剪所需要的各种尺寸板材！L-1100型（也叫做L-1400型）用做普通水渠水池的水泥缝填缝板中较多。
