2024铝板的介绍：（ALCOA&Ling Hong，专业铝合金制造者与经销者）
2024铝板国内通常叫做2A12铝板，相当于LY12，通用的铝板材标准为AMS-QQ-A-250/4（非包铝）和AMS-QQ-A-250/5（包铝），2024铝板的合金元素为铜，被称为硬铝，具有很高的强度和良好的切削加工性能，但耐腐蚀性较差。
二、2024铝板的应用范围：
2024铝板广泛应用于飞机结构（蒙皮、骨架、肋梁、隔框等）、铆钉、卡车轮毂、螺旋桨元件及其他各种结构件。
三、2024铝板的化学成分：
硅 Si: 0.50 铁 Fe:0.50 铜 Cu:3.8～4.9 锰 Mn:0.3～0.9 镁 Mg:1.2～1.8 铬 Cr:0.10
镍 Ni: -- 锌 Zn:0.25 钛 Ti :0.15 其它: 0.15 铝 Al:余量
四、2024铝板的力学性能:
抗拉强度 σb (MPa)：205～420 伸长率 δ10 (％)：12～15 固溶处理温度：529℃～541℃.
五、主要特征：
2024合金牌号于1954年由美国注册。这是一种高强度硬铝可进行热处理强化，在淬火和刚对货状态下塑性中等，点焊焊接良好，用气焊时有形成晶间裂纹的倾向，合金在淬火和冷作硬化后，其可切削性能尚好，退火后可切削性低，抗腐蚀性不高，常采用阳极氧化处理与涂漆方法或表面加包铝层，以提高其抗腐蚀能力。用途主要用于制作各种高负荷的零件和构件（但不包括冲压件锻件）如飞机上的骨架零件，蒙皮隔框，翼肋，翼梁，铆钉等150℃以下工作零件。
