According to the oxygen needs of the aeration tank, the air volume of the blower should be adjusted.
When abnormal phenomena such as a sudden power outage occur in the fan and water-oil cooling system, measures should be taken immediately to ensure that the fan does not malfunction.
The ventilation corridor of the blower should be kept clean and no objects should be allowed.
When the fan is running, the operator should pay attention to the wind pressure, oil temperature, oil pressure, air volume, current, voltage, etc. of the fan and motor, and record them in time. If any abnormal situation cannot be eliminated, the machine should be stopped immediately.
Check frequently whether the cooling and lubrication system is smooth and whether the temperature, pressure and flow rate meet the requirements.
