Working principle
Hydraulic pullout starter
The pullout device consists of an oil cylinder, a cylinder base, and a fuel tank , plunger pump, bracket, base and handle. The base, bracket and cylinder seat are hinged with pins to form a planar four-bar linkage mechanism. The oil cylinder seat is equipped with safety valve, oil return valve and other mechanisms. Move the control rod to allow the high-pressure oil generated in the plunger pump to enter the cylinder and push the piston to extend. Under the action of the piston thrust, the cylinder and the bracket rotate upward simultaneously around the pin on the base. The hinge joint generates a vertical upward thrust, and at the same time, a horizontal thrust is generated on the top block of the bracket, thereby achieving the purpose of starting and pulling out of the track.
Instructions for use
