When the straight rail device is fully disassembled and inspected, the sequence is as follows:
Remove the connecting pin between the pressing handle and the plunger pump core, and use two special wrenches to unscrew the back cover.
Use a special wrench to loosen the nut of the clamping cylinder, and then use the pressing hand to compress the piston. Then you can unscrew the screw between the top and the piston, remove the top, then loosen the pressing hand, and take out the piston and original spring. . Then unscrew the nut and the cylinder can be extracted.
The plunger pump core is only allowed to be installed or taken out from the lower end of the pump body. The piston group is only allowed to be installed or taken out from the connection end between the oil cylinder and the back cover.
Check each seal and steel ball. If there is any damage, replace it with a new one (the steel ball should be of first-class accuracy)
