Arc extinguishing principle:
The circuit breaker is equipped with a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, which has an extremely high degree of vacuum. When the moving and static contacts are charged and opened under the action of the operating mechanism, a vacuum arc will be generated between the contacts. At the same time, due to the special structure of the contacts, an appropriate longitudinal magnetic field is generated in the contact gap, allowing the vacuum arc to maintain a diffusion type and maintain a low arc voltage. When the current naturally crosses zero, the remaining ions, electrons and metal vapor can recombine or condense on the contact surface and shield in a time of the order of microseconds. The dielectric insulation strength of the arc extinguishing chamber fracture is quickly restored, thus The arc is extinguished and the purpose of breaking is achieved. Since this vacuum circuit breaker uses a longitudinal magnetic field to control the vacuum arc, it has a strong and stable ability to break current.
Maintenance and maintenance
During the normal use of the circuit breaker, the circuit breaker body should be properly inspected regularly.
