Maintenance and maintenance during operation
The water inlet pipeline must be highly sealed and cannot leak water or air.
It is prohibited to operate the pump for a long time in a cavitation state.
It is forbidden to operate the motor with overcurrent for a long time when the pump is running at a large flow rate.
. Regularly check the motor current value during pump operation, and try to make the pump operate within the design working conditions.
. The pump should be supervised by a dedicated person during operation to avoid accidents.
The bearings of the pump should be refueled every hour of operation.
After the pump has been running for a long time, when the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. Wearable parts and bearings can be replaced if necessary. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.
Mechanical seal maintenance and maintenance
Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean and free of solid particles.
It is strictly forbidden for mechanical seals to work under dry grinding conditions.
