Structural features of the type horizontal multi-stage pump:
The inlet and outlet of the type pump are vertically upward. The water inlet section, middle section and water outlet of the pump are tightened by tightening the bolts. Segments, bearing body and other pump housing parts are connected into one. Select the number of pump stages based on the pump head. The rotor part of this series of pumps is mainly composed of a shaft and impellers, bushings, balance plates and other parts installed on the shaft. The number of impellers depends on the number of stages of the pump. The parts on the shaft are fastened with flat keys and shaft nuts to integrate them with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. The bearings vary according to model and do not bear axial force. The axial force is balanced by the balance plate. During operation of the pump, the rotor is allowed to move axially in the pump casing, and radial ball bearings cannot be used. The rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, the sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and are white lubricated with oil rings, and cooled by circulating water. The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, middle section and outlet section of the pump are all sealed with molybdenum disulfide grease. A sealing ring, guide vane sleeve, etc. are installed between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing.
