The size of the split multi-leaf air volume regulating valve is the same as the rectangular air duct size specified in the national ventilation duct standardization.
The blades of the air volume regulating valve are split-type and sequentially-opening types, and are used as regulating valves in ventilation, air conditioning, and air purification systems.
It has been determined through experiments that the air volume regulating valve has good air tightness, its relative air leakage is about %, and its regulating performance is good.
2. Structural Characteristics of the Air Volume Control Valve
The air volume control valve has four specifications in blade width. The blades are rhombus-shaped double blades. The blades adopt soft overlap, so the sealing performance is good.
The valve body structure of the air volume control valve is cold-rolled with 1/2-mm galvanized sheets, and then welded under carbon dioxide gas protection or processed and welded from ordinary plates. The blades are cold-rolled with 1/2-mm galvanized sheets into corrugated shapes, and the two pieces are synthetically spot welded. Insert square shaft, or cold-formed millimeter steel plate, single-piece punched insert square shaft or welded round shaft.
The control valve is divided into manual and electric, and is divided into four types according to the materials used: carbon steel plate, galvanized plate, aluminum alloy plate, and stainless steel plate. The valve body structure and specifications are the same.
