1. Overview The non-contact multi-function tester is an intelligent testing instrument independently developed by our company with a high-performance British imported sensor as the speed measurement and distance measurement unit and the company's series of high-performance single-chip microcomputers as the core and processor as the core. The core intelligent testing instrument uses the Doppler effect speed measurement principle to test the power performance, economic performance and braking performance of the entire vehicle. An optional external large screen is used for on-site calibration of the radar speedometer by the metrology and verification department.
The system uses a large-screen LCD display with Chinese character prompts to display multiple test data and curves in real time, which is clear and intuitive. The test items adopt menu-based operation, which is simple and easy to use. Sensor coefficients and test parameters are automatically stored by the system and will not be lost after power failure, and there is no need to re-enter. The whole machine design conforms to ergonomics and is easy to control. It is an ideal testing equipment for the automobile manufacturing industry, automobile maintenance industry, automobile testing, scientific research department and agricultural machinery testing department, and an ideal teaching instrument for automobiles in colleges and universities.
The system has a built-in micro printer, which can easily print out test results, test data, dynamic curves, etc. It is also equipped with a standard interface, which can send test results to other computers or be controlled by the system computer to complete the entire test project.
