Working Principle
The direction of water flow is from left to right. The water is controlled to enter the upper cavity of the valve body through the needle valve, and then comes out of the upper cavity through the pilot valve to the outlet. When the pipe inlet pressure is lower than the pilot valve's adjustment When the pressure is constant, the spring in the pilot valve pushes the pilot valve piston to open the pilot valve. The pressure water in the upper chamber of the main valve flows out through the pilot valve, and then the main valve is opened. Water can flow from the valve through the normal water supply and serves as a fire pump. When starting, the inlet pressure of the valve increases, and the pressure is transmitted to the upper chamber of the pilot valve to close the pilot valve. The pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve increases accordingly, pushing the spool group in the main valve to close the main valve. High-pressure water cannot Flow through the valve to protect the equipment behind the valve. The screw on the pilot valve is to adjust the closing pressure, that is, to set a pressure. When the pressure is lower than this pressure, the main valve opens, and when the pressure is higher than this pressure, the main valve closes.
