Diaphragm pressure gauge

In order to expand the use range of various general-purpose pressure instruments, diaphragm pressure gauges can be used to measure the pressure of highly corrosive, high-temperature, high-viscosity, easy-to-crystallize, solidify, and medium with solid floating matter. Some measuring media cannot directly enter the general-purpose instrument and are convenient for use. When cleaning to prevent the accumulation of precipitated substances, a diaphragm meter must be used as a system composed of a diaphragm isolator and a general pressure instrument. Diaphragm pressure gauges are mainly used for pressure detection in the production process of industrial sectors such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and textiles.
Structural Principle of Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
Diaphragm pressure gauge consists of various general-purpose pressure instruments and diaphragm isolators of different structures to form a closed system filled with sealing liquid. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms and compresses the sealing fluid in the closed system. Due to the inherent properties of the sealing fluid, the elastic element in the pressure instrument produces corresponding elastic deformation and displacement, and the pressure value is displayed through the indicating device. When the stiffness of the diaphragm is small enough, the pressure indicated by the pressure instrument is close to the pressure value of the measured medium.

Structural Principle
The instrument is composed of the measuring system (including the joint flange diaphragm), the transmission mechanism indicating device and the casing.
Under the pressure of the measured medium, the elastic element (diaphragm) of the instrument produces an elastic deformation displacement proportional to the pressure, which is amplified by the connecting rod through the transmission mechanism, and the measured pressure value is indicated by the indicating device.
