Installation of saw blade
.First use Loosen the Allen key with the Allen wrench. Turn the blade part of the saw blade upward or downward and insert the saw blade so that the hole on the handle aligns with the protruding part in the blade clamping sleeve. Then tighten the screw to secure the saw blade.
Note that before installing or removing the saw blade, be sure to confirm that the machine's switch is turned off and the air source is unplugged.
.Adjusting the Base Plate
Loosen the two hexagon socket head screws that secure the base plate and then slide the base plate back and forth to adjust it to the desired position and tighten the two hexagon socket head screws.
Operating steps
. Start the machine and wait until the saw blade reaches the maximum speed and then press the base plate against the workpiece to cut the workpiece.
Note that excessive force may cause the saw blade to bend or twist, which may cause the saw blade to break.
.When cutting metal, please use appropriate coolant (cooling water or lubricating oil) otherwise it will cause obvious wear of the saw blade.
Precautions
The working area should be kept clean and bright. Operators should wear goggles.
.Keep the saw blade sharp and clean. A sharp saw blade is not easy to get stuck and is easy to control.
.Never cut workpieces that exceed the specified dimensions.
.The saw blade cannot come into contact with the workpiece before turning on the air source switch. Only after starting the saw blade can it come into contact with the workpiece for operation.
.The air source switch can only be turned on after lifting the saw body. Do not put down the rotating tool. Be sure to wait until the saw blade comes to a complete stop after turning off the air source switch before moving the saw blade away from the workpiece.
.When cutting metal materials, be sure to add cooling water, otherwise it will cause obvious wear of the saw blade.
