How to use
Understand the material to be cut. If necessary, you can reduce the rotation speed of the saw blade by reducing the air pressure.
Make sure the material being cut is firmly secured to prevent it from moving.
When using the pneumatic air motor, press the valve stem with your finger and start cutting.
Use the weight of the saw to control cutting pressure. This weight is sufficient for softer materials. Too much pressure will slow down the saw blade. For harder materials, the rotation speed of the saw blade can be reduced by applying pressure. The cut is made by keeping the saw straight. Any twist or skew of the saw blade may reduce its service life. (Be careful to avoid debris that may fall after cutting. Do not allow the saw to come into contact with your body, workpiece, or other people nearby when the cut is complete.)
Release the valve stem when turning off the air motor.
The saw blade must remain in motion before the next cut is started. When using a pneumatic saw, the saw blade must not touch any surface.
Close the air hose valve when disconnecting the air hose. Open the air valve to depressurize the hose before disconnecting.
Be sure to disconnect the air hose and push the valve stem to relieve pressure in the motor before replacing the saw blade.
Turn the adjustment handle clockwise to release the tension on the blade guide. Then release the side panel lock to open the side panel. Then remove the saw blade from the drive wheel and release it from the band guide.
