Application of the machine
The water chestnut type coating machine is mainly used for coating tablets, pills and granules formed by compression in the pharmaceutical industry. It can be used in candy making or coating in the food industry.
The coated and polished sugar-coated tablets have a bright surface, which can prevent oxidation, moisture or volatilization, and can cover up the unpleasant smell, making the medicine easy to identify and easing the dissolution in the human gastrointestinal tract.

Three Working Principle
The pot body rotates clockwise to spray syrup and mixed slurry on the chip in the pot in batches so that the syrup mixture is evenly coated on the chip and the sugar-coated pieces are rolled in the pot while hot air is blown into the pot to remove them. The moisture on the surface of the tablets is removed to obtain qualified sugar-coated tablets.
This machine uses a reasonable shape-stable linear speed to form an optimal logistics curve for the tablets in the pot to meet the sugar-coating process requirements.
The main motor has variable frequency speed regulation and uses a triangular belt to drive the worm and reduce the speed of the worm gear so that the pot body can obtain a reasonable speed and the pot body can run smoothly and self-lock.
The main motor is installed on the long slot adjustable motor plate at the rear of the fuselage for easy adjustment.
Four speed reduction devices and lubrication
The pot body and the tray are installed on the extended end of the worm gear shaft. The round pressure plate of the tray makes it very convenient to assemble and disassemble the pot body. Turn the handwheel in the middle of the body and use the screw nut to make the hanging feet drive the box body. Rotate around the center of the worm to adjust the inclination value.

There is an observation window in the upper part of the box to add lubricating oil to the left end of the worm shaft cover. There is an oil mark. There is a circular window on the fuselage below the oil mark. After opening, the dirty oil and lubricating grease are released through the oil pipe of the box body. A hot air device is installed on the left side of the fuselage. The blower motor is placed inside the fuselage. The cold air sent by the fan blades is in the hot air duct. The heat enters the pot through the same pipe. The furnace in the hot air duct and the electric heating wire wound on it are controlled by a switch installed on the control box. There is an external heating electric hot plate under the pot body, which is also controlled by a switch installed on the control box. The user can adjust it according to work needs.
