The working principle of the paint pump (.) is that the two gears driven by the motor mesh and rotate with each other. When the meshing teeth on one side of the suction chamber gradually separate, the volume of the suction chamber increases and the pressure decreases, and the liquid can be sucked into the pump. . The sucked liquid is divided into two grooves and the gears send the liquid to the discharge chamber. The gears on the other side of the discharge chamber are continuously meshed to reduce the volume of the discharge chamber and discharge the liquid. When the driving gear and the driven gear work continuously, the oil pump can continuously suck in liquid and discharge liquid.
The special gear pump for paint has good sealing performance, long service life, low friction and power consumption, and basically no wear of the shaft or sleeve. The precise structure inside the pump ensures that the oil can be output stably and quantitatively at each revolution. When used with a variable frequency speed regulating motor, the speed of rotation can be infinitely adjusted to achieve the amount of oil supplied to meet production needs. In special working situations such as frequent changes of paint and color, the paint pump can also quickly and effectively clean the special gear pump for spray painting and color change.
