1. Conditions of use
Model electric lubrication pumps are suitable for single and double lines with nominal pressures of lubrication points, multiple distribution ranges, and high lubrication oiling frequency. This pump is a single-outlet electric lubrication pump that is directly driven by an electric motor and discharges lubricant. It adopts a double plunger and double pump cylinder structure, which ensures smooth and reliable operation. The displacement derivation is convenient and the reduction mechanism is placed in the pump body. It has a compact structure, small vibration and low noise. The oil reservoir can be equipped with a capacity indicator as needed, and can be equipped with a corresponding electric control box to realize automatic operation.

5. Instructions for use
The lubrication pump should be installed and fixed vertically in a place that is easy to maintain and has less dust. And pay attention to whether the ambient temperature is suitable for the working temperature range of the pump ℃ ~ + ℃.
The pump should be installed in the center of the lubrication system as much as possible, shorten the length of the system piping, and maintain the lowest pressure drop to ensure that the pump generates enough pressure to overcome the back pressure of the lubrication point.
The motor must rotate clockwise.
Clean grease must be used, because lubricants containing impurities are often the main cause of pump and system failure. To replenish lubricant into the oil storage tank, an electric refueling pump must be used to add lubricant from the grease replenishing port of the electric lubrication pump. Before filling the pump with grease for the first time, it is best to add some lubricating oil, because the lubricating oil has good fluidity and will fill all parts, which is helpful for removing air. If lubricating oil cannot be used in some lubricated parts, the pump must run until the air-free grease reaches the end of the pipe.
Before using the pump, mechanical oil must be filled into the reduction box to the position specified by the oil mark.
Pipes, especially the pipes from the oil feeder to the lubrication point and the bearings of the lubricated parts must be filled with lubricating oil in advance before installation.
This series of electric lubrication pumps are for indoor installation. Protective measures must be taken when used outdoors or in harsh environments.
6. Ordering Notes
When ordering a series of electric lubrication belt trolley devices, the length of the hose and cable must be specified in the contract. If not specified, the hose will be supplied by the meter.
