3. Structure and working principle

Box The body adopts two layers, inner and outer, consisting of an outer box and an inner box. The outer box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, the inner box is made of stainless steel plates, and the shelves are made of stainless steel profiles, which have good corrosion resistance. The water tank under the inner box is used for heating and auxiliary humidification. The humidification system is mainly based on an ultrasonic humidifier, supplemented by water heating and evaporation. The automatic control system consists of a temperature controller and a humidity control instrument for cooling according to the given temperature and humidity. , heating and humidification are automatically switched, and the temperature and humidity in the box are digitally displayed by the instrument.

Temperature control: When the temperature in the box is lower than the lower limit of the temperature controller, the temperature controller outputs a heating signal to instruct the electric heating element to start working, and vice versa. When the temperature is higher than the upper limit set value, the temperature controller instructs the refrigeration system to work. When the temperature in the box reaches the required requirements, the heating or cooling will be automatically stopped.

Humidity control uses an ultrasonic humidifier to ensure that the humidity in the box reaches a certain level. The temperature controller automatically controls the humidification device. When the humidity is high, the temperature controller instructs the humidifier to work to achieve the return difference. After the value is reached, it will automatically stop working. The return difference value should be adjusted to ℃ and not be too large.

4. How to use

Place the box in place, adjust the level, connect the ground wire, and wait for an hour, then add clean water to the water tank until the water level exceeds the heating pipe.

Open the door and take out the humidifier. Open the side door, put the humidifier on the upper tray, remove the transparent water tank, turn it around, unscrew the water tank cover counterclockwise, fill it with clean water (it is best to add distilled water, screw the water tank cover after adding water, and put it back into the humidifier mother body, then press the humidifier nozzle, and finally insert the humidifier plug into the socket in the side door. Turn on the power switch and adjust the spray knob to the maximum position. The temperature and humidity of the curing box temperature controller have been adjusted at the factory. < br/>
Turn on the power and start the instrument to work. When the temperature and humidity in the box reach a given value, put the test piece in. Heating and cooling are strictly prohibited at the same time.
