It is a new generation pump product successfully developed based on the introduction of foreign advanced technology and combined with the use characteristics of domestic water pumps. It has the characteristics of significant energy-saving effect, non-blocking, automatic installation and automatic control. It has a unique effect in discharging solid particles and long fiber waste.
This product pump adopts a unique impeller structure and new type of mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solid materials and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of this pump adopts the form of single flow channel or double flow channel. It is similar to an elbow with the same cross-section size. It has very good flow performance and is equipped with a reasonable volute, making the pump highly efficient. The high impeller has undergone dynamic and static balance tests, making the pump vibration-free and low-noise during operation.
The pump and motor are directly connected coaxially. It is a mechatronics product with compact structure and stable performance.
The design of the anti-clogging hydraulic components of the large flow channel greatly improves the dirt passing capacity, and can effectively pass through fibrous substances twice the diameter of the pump and solid particles with a diameter of about 10 times the diameter of the pump.

The mechanical seal is made of hard wear-resistant tungsten carbide, which is durable and wear-resistant, allowing the pump to operate safely and continuously for more than hours.
The pump has a vertical structure, the center lines of the inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal line, and the inlet and outlet flanges have the same specifications, making installation and disassembly very convenient.
It occupies a small area, does not need to build a machine room, and can save a lot of infrastructure costs. A protective cover is added to the blade end of the motor, and the whole machine can be placed outdoors for operation.
