Storage resistance reducing agent
Should be stored in a place protected from rain and flooding. When storing outdoors, measures should be taken to prevent rain and exposure. As long as it is unopened, has no damaged packaging, and is not exposed to water, its shelf life is two years. When the construction site is abnormally wet by rain, it should be used within days. The water-soaked resistance reducing agent can be used as fine soil backfill.
The use of resistance reducing agents is most commonly used in the following two situations
To reduce the grounding resistance of working grounding, protective grounding, lightning protection grounding, anti-static grounding and anti-interference grounding grounding equipment
To improve the grounding resistance of the equipment quality and extend its service life. It is suitable for grounding poles and towers of power plant substation grounding grids, power and communication lines, lightning protection and anti-interference grounding of various weak current equipment, oil depots, explosive depots and other flammable and explosive storage and production sites.
Calculation of dosage of drag reducing agent
Mix drag reducing agent and water thoroughly and stir into a slurry.

Use the adjusted resistance-reducing agent
Tightly wrap each grounding body of the ground network. The thickness of the package of the resistance-reducing agent shall not be less than the thinnest part. Pay special attention to wrapping the welding points tightly. After solidification, backfill the soil layer. The layers are tamped. During construction, fine soil should be backfilled around the grounding body. Construction waste such as bricks and stones is strictly prohibited from being used as backfill. When conditions are poor, fine soil can only be backfilled around the grounding body and compacted. There are no strict requirements for backfilling the upper layer with fine soil.
Horizontal grounding can be supported by a support approximately at a height from the bottom of the ditch and then wrapped with resistance reducing agent. After the surface is solidified, the backfill soil is compacted. The amount of resistance reducing agent is first calculated according to the required ground resistance value R and the known original soil resistivity. The number of vertical grounding bodies or the length of the horizontal grounding body is then calculated according to the diagram. Ton/meter, that is, the weight of the required drag-reducing agent slurry is obtained and multiplied by it, which is the dosage of dry powder of the drag-reducing agent.
