Be sure to loosen the bolt on the oil filler port before use to facilitate ventilation.

Before use, press the handle to make the large plunger pump work, fully extend the piston rod, lift the cylinder head and other components, so that the pipe bender is in a tilted state, and then loosen the switch counterclockwise to allow air to flow from the tank Drain all the air. If you find that the air has not been drained out, repeat it several times.
The outer diameter of the bent pipe must fit into the groove of the bending mold, otherwise the bent pipe will be dented or the bending mold will burst.
The contact area between the bent pipe and the two support wheels must be smooth and lubricated. The weld seam of the welded pipe should not be directly outside or inside the bend.
Do not bend beyond the specifications specified in the technical parameters to avoid overpressure and damage to the machine body.
It must be filtered when refueling. The oil in the pipe bending machine that has not been used for a long time must be replaced regularly. The machine body must be cleaned and maintained regularly. Add kerosene to the fuel tank and turn off the switch. Press the handle to extend the piston rod, and then loosen it. switch to retract the piston rod. In this way, the oil circuit of the body or cylinder head is smooth.
Unscrew and clean the filter, and be careful not to install it incorrectly when disassembling.
After the pipe bending machine stops working, tighten the bolts on the oil filler port.
