Product structure and working principle
It is composed of an air compressor, a two-stage compressed air purifier, an air guide tube, a fixed belt, a large field of view, a full face mask air supply valve. 1. Product usage
Continuous air supply long-tube respirator is a personal respiratory protective equipment that uses a fan to send clean air into the mask through a corrugated hose for the wearer to breathe. It is mainly suitable for fire protection, chemical industry, shipbuilding, petroleum, metallurgy, gas, petroleum warehousing, laboratories, water plants, oil and gas fields and other departments. It is used to prevent inhalation of harmful gases, steam, dust and smoke in narrow or limited space environments lacking oxygen and low concentrations of toxic and harmful gases. Workers wearing this long-tube respirator can safely and effectively carry out rescue and disaster relief accident handling and industrial operations. Continuous air supply long-tube respirators can only be used in atmospheric environments that are not immediately dangerous to human life and health, or in environments where the wearer can escape without wearing a respirator.
2. Product Structure
Long-tube air respirator and air-supply air respirator are shown in Figure 1. They are composed of a negative pressure full-face mask and a corrugated hose with an inner diameter of not less than 1 meter and a length of not more than 1 meter. It consists of a clothing belt, dust filter, fan, flow regulator and storage box that can withstand the above pulling force.
3. Working principle
The fan is connected to the AC power supply and the blower is started. The air passes through the suction port through the dust filter, flow regulator, and corrugated hose, and enters the mask for human breathing. There are an exhalation valve and an inhalation valve on the mask. When inhaling, the exhalation valve is closed and the inhalation valve is open. When exhaling, the inhalation valve is closed and the exhalation valve is open. The gas exhaled by the human body is directly discharged to the atmosphere through the breathing valve on the mask. During use, the flow valve can be adjusted according to the breathing volume of the wearer.

5. How to use
Before use, check whether all parts are intact and clean, and the corrugations are soft Check whether the tube has cracks, bubbles, flattening, bending, air leakage or whether the connection part is firm and airtight.
When using the product, the fan should be placed in a non-toxic, clean, dry and well-ventilated atmosphere. The corrugated hose cannot be squeezed, otherwise it will affect the air transmission effect and increase the suction resistance.
When using it, start the fan first and then wear the mask. When wearing the mask, wear it from the chin upward, and adjust the headband appropriately. Tie the corrugated hose to your belt and check whether it moves freely.
Take a deep breath and feel if your breathing is smooth.
After checking that everything is correct, enter the work site under the supervision of a dedicated person. During the process of entering the work site, the gas pipeline must be laid.
During the operation of the fan, if there is an abnormal increase in noise, screams, increased vibration, or an abnormal increase in temperature, the wearer should be notified immediately to return and cut off the power supply for inspection.
Do not turn off the power supply in advance before leaving the work site. After work, return to the fresh air area, take off the mask, and then turn off the fan power.
6. Maintenance
After use, clean the mask and filter pad and put them into the storage box for later use.
Avoid squeezing during storage, and contact with grease, acid and alkali harmful substances is strictly prohibited. Place in a ventilated, dry place.
Do not dismantle equipment at will, change the structure, and do not extend the length of the gas hose or increase the number of people protected without authorization.
