Because the half coupling and the intermediate disk form a moving pair and cannot rotate relative to each other, the angular velocities of the driving shaft and the driven shaft should be equal. However, when working with relative displacement between the two axes, the intermediate disc will generate a large centrifugal force, thereby increasing the dynamic load and wear. Therefore, when selecting, attention should be paid to the operating speed not exceeding the specified value. This type of coupling is generally used for speeds of //, the shaft has greater stiffness, and there is no severe impact. The central slide block is connected together through the relatively distributed slots on both sides and the bushings on both sides to achieve the purpose of transmitting torque. The center slide block and the shaft sleeve are matched with a slight pressure. This pressure enables the coupling to operate with zero clearance during equipment operation. As the use time increases, the slider may lose its non-recoil function due to wear and tear, but the center slider is not expensive and easy to replace, and can still exert its original performance after replacement.
