8. Registration Procedure
The exhibitor shall fill in the "Exhibition Application Form", stamp it and fax or email it to the organizer.
The principle of first registration, first payment, first arrangement.
The deposit (or full payment) of the exhibition fee must be wired or paid to the organizing unit within seven working days after applying for a booth. The balance must be paid before the month and year. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reserved booth.
After receiving the booth fee, the organizer will send the "Exhibitor Manual" and invoice.
