1. Scope of application
The fixed grain skewer prototype is specially designed to realize vehicle-mounted packaging of grain and bulk. It is designed and manufactured for the automatic cutting of grain transport vehicles without cover. The main structure is as shown in the figure. Its working mechanism can rotate and move along the axis. The above two actions are all automated. The whole system has good rigidity and is easy to adjust and maintain. It is a key equipment for vehicle-mounted grain sampling inspection and testing.

3. Structural working principle
The fixed grain skewer machine consists of two parts. Mechanical devices, electronic control systems.
Mechanical device
The mechanical device is mainly composed of three parts: the sample car, the rotating arm and the column. As shown in the figure, it can realize three-coordinate movement. The rotation of the rotating arm, the forward and backward movement of the sample car and the up and down movement of the sample rod are all realized by electric power.
