Working principle of the three instruments
The electromagnetic vibration box causes the seeds to be queued up and fed one by one, and the seeds will drop out. After entering the photoelectric conversion tank, photoelectric pulsation is formed. After amplification, shaping and inversion, it is sent to the counting circuit, and the reading is displayed by a digital tube. The preset uses a dial switch. When the preset number is counted, the feed stops and counting stops. The seeds of the electromagnetic vibration feeding device are placed on the material tray, and the material trough is in a spiral shape.
The seeds rising in the spiral groove arrive at the blanking port and fall down. They are projected onto the silicon photovoltaic cell through the photoelectric conversion area to produce current changes. After pulsation amplification and shaping, the photoelectric counting pulsation is obtained and sent to the counting circuit for counting display.
The counting display circuit uses a double-adding counter (Philippe Company), and uses segment latch/decoding/driver. The counting input terminal has a clock terminal, a clock enable terminal and a reset terminal.
