Product Overview The electromagnetic induction composite aluminum foil sealing machine is the latest product developed by our company with dual cooling systems. It is especially suitable for use in tropical and subtropical areas or areas where continuous work is required. It can seal container bottle mouths. The material of the container can be polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester, glass, and ceramics. Metal bottles and caps cannot be used.
Scope of application
This equipment is used for aluminum foil air-sealing of containers in pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, petrochemical, cosmetics, chemical and other industries to achieve sealing, anti-counterfeiting and anti-theft functions.
Working principle and structural characteristics
This machine adopts foreign advanced circuits, selects the latest fifth-generation transistor power module devices from the United States, and the main key components are imported.
This equipment can be divided into two parts: the main power box and the sensor head. The high-frequency current generated by the oscillation source is amplified and shaped by feedback, and drives the power module to be output to the sensing head. When a metal aluminum foil approaches the sensing head, an eddy current is generated on the aluminum foil and heat is generated. The degree of heat generation is determined by the intensity, frequency and action time of the eddy current. The whole machine is equipped with self-test function to detect power stability, over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature control protection and phase locking, and the power is adjustable. The working status can be displayed on the control panel for easy observation. The cooling system adopts double water-cooling self-circulation to cool the sensing head and power module respectively. This machine is equipped with a waterway protection device, which automatically cuts off the power supply when the water source is disconnected or blocked.
