In terms of clean compliance management, cleaning and packaging must also be done in a clean room during cleaning.
Under normal circumstances, clean work clothes are washed at least once a week, and some demanding types of work are even washed once a day.

Newly sewn clean work clothes can be washed directly, but if oil stains are found in recycled clean work clothes, the oil stains should be carefully removed before washing.

Before washing, check for scratches, damage, buckles and other accessories, and repair, replace or scrap any defective items.

Washing, drying, and packaging must be done in a clean room that is cleaner than the clean room where work clothes are used.

The water used for wet and dry cleaning must be filtered, and the solvent must be distilled before using a filter membrane smaller than the pore size at the point of use. Filter it more than once as needed.

In order to remove water-soluble contaminants, after washing with clean water, use distilled solvent for final washing to remove oily contaminants.

It is best to use packaging materials with good antistatic properties. s material. Since the folding process is most likely to generate dust, the folding process must be carried out in a higher-level purified space. For example, the folding and packaging of class 1 clean work clothes should be carried out in a class 1 environment.
