The 1st German International Exhibition The Chemical Engineering, Environmental Protection and Biotechnology Exhibition will be held in Frankfurt, Germany on October 1, 2020. The exhibition is hosted by the German Chemical Equipment, Engineering and Biotechnology Association. It is held every year. It is the world's largest chemical engineering and equipment exhibition in the world. The chemical industry enjoys a high reputation. During the first exhibition held in 2017, a total of 10 companies occupied a net exhibition area of up to square meters during the exhibition period, displaying innovative technologies, products and services to famous audiences from all over the world. From laboratory equipment to parts, or factory construction to packaging production lines, people can see new products that meet the requirements of chemical technology, processing technology and biotechnology. The exhibition area of pumps, compressors, valves and standard parts has more than 100 exhibitors for the first time. Also worthy of attention are the exhibition themes dedicated to energy and bioeconomics
The last exhibition had international exhibitors from 3 countries, accounting for about the total number of exhibitors. Many Chinese exhibitors made China become the second largest exhibitor after Germany and The third largest participating country after Italy, the number and exhibition area of Chinese companies have doubled year-on-year, fully reflecting the increasing international nature of the Achema exhibition
Statistics also show that more than 100,000 visitors come from outside Germany of countries, of which Central American and non-European audiences respectively accounted for and audiences from the chemical industry, from the medical and pharmaceutical industries. These figures show the wide influence of Achema. The audience statistics also reflect the role of Achema. It serves as a platform for communication between small and medium-sized companies and large enterprises.
