Adjustment of the divider
A major factor that affects the dividing accuracy and life of the divider is adjustment. The factory-produced splitter products are precision machined parts that are carefully assembled and adjusted. Improper adjustment will affect the segmentation accuracy, cause impact noise, damage the segmenter and prevent it from reaching the expected speed and endurance. Thereby shortening the life of the divider.
Adjustment of the distance between the axes
If the divider is worn for a long time and a gap appears in the positioning working area, then the gap must be eliminated by adjusting the distance between the axes. This can be done by synchronously adjusting the eccentric sleeves at both ends of the input shaft.
Adjustment of the axial position of the input and output
The axial position of the cam divider can be adjusted by adjusting the locking nuts on both sides of the cam or the bearing glands on both sides of the input shaft. The axial position of the splitter wheel can be adjusted by adjusting the bearing glands at both ends of the output shaft or the locking nuts at the rear end.
Please note that the splitter has been carefully adjusted before leaving the factory, and users are not allowed to make private adjustments to prevent misadjustment. If adjustments are really needed, please contact the factory.
