The standard power supply part includes gas tungsten arc welding, melting pole, inert gas shielded arc welding, melting pole active gas shielded arc welding, submerged arc welding, plasma welding, etc. It can be equipped with high-quality standard power supply manufactured by our company. At the same time, customers can also use power supply from other well-known brands first, which is very versatile.
The rotation of the workpiece is driven by a three-claw clamping method of a variable frequency motor reducer, with smooth movement and stepless speed regulation.
The tightening and loosening of the pressing shaft and the advancement and retreat of the welding gun are all driven by cylinders, and the welding gun has a precision micro-adjustment mechanism so that the welding gun and the weld seam can form the best orientation.
The control system adopts microcomputer integrated control, which is small in size, reliable and simple in operation interface, and easy to modify and maintain.
