2 Operation methods and matters needing attention
This product uses ordinary low-pressure liquefied petroleum gas installed in households. During installation, only low-pressure reducing valves installed in households can be used. It is forbidden to use medium and high-pressure valves. When connecting, ensure that each connection port of the petroleum gas pipe is sealed, and the gas cylinder is at least one meter away from the furnace body. When in use, the gas cylinder must not be inverted or placed sideways to avoid bottle slag overflowing, causing the low-pressure valve to be inverted, and the solenoid valve in the furnace body to be blocked. Failure of the low-pressure valve will result in reduced firepower and automatic flameout due to insufficient air pressure. Bottle slag will flow to the solenoid valve and cause malfunctions. It will also cause flameout and the solenoid valve cannot be completely closed, resulting in burning after shutdown. At this time, The pressure reducing valve and solenoid valve need to be removed and cleaned, and they should be replaced if necessary.
Ensure reliable grounding when using.
After adding water, ventilating and turning on the power, adjust the fire power adjustment knob to the maximum position and turn on the switch. At this time, the fan starts to run and empty. Seconds later, the pulse ignition starts and the overall operation starts to run normally. After turning off the switch, the fan will still run normally for seconds to remove the remaining exhaust gas. Therefore, after flameout, if ignition is required, it should be done after the fan has completely stopped.
Three faults, troubleshooting and inspection methods
The switch does not start. First check whether there is a reliable power supply, whether the switch is in normal use, whether the fan is normal, and whether the connecting wires are loose. If it is normal, replace the pulse.
After turning on the switch, the fan rotates without pulse, and the pulse needs to be replaced.
After turning on the switch, there is no pulse, fan rotation, and no ignition. It is necessary to check whether the pressure reducing valve and solenoid valve have reverse plugs. If necessary, they can be removed, cleaned or replaced.
It will automatically turn off after igniting for a period of time. First, check whether the poisonous sensor needle in the fire row is too close or too far away from the fire row. The end of the sensor needle should be millimeters away from the fire row. If it is normal, replace the solenoid valve. Also check whether the wiring is normal.
The water inlet valve does not automatically replenish water. Check whether there is any debris blocking it. You can remove it and clean it yourself.
