Supply spring brake air chamber

The combined spring brake air chamber is used to provide braking force to the wheels. It consists of two parts. The diaphragm brake part is used for service braking, the spring brake part is used for emergency braking and parking brake, and the spring brake part is used for emergency braking and parking brake. The diaphragm braking part works completely independently.
Installation and adjustment The spring brake chamber is connected to the bracket through two screw rods, and the front fork is connected to the adjusting arm. Adjust the initial position of the adjusting arm through the connecting fork and nut of the front push rod. Adjust the piston stroke and spring preload through the rear loosening screw.
Notes? ⑴ There is a strong spring preload in the rear cavity. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble without special equipment and special tools. ⑵ The product should be inspected before installation. The product should be free of deformation and damage caused by falling, bumping, etc. ⑶ Before installation, the air path should be checked for leaks and cleanness. The adjusting arm and brake shoe should also be checked. ⑷ The bracket bolts should be tightened. ⑸The piston push rod stroke is adjusted appropriately.
