Operation method
Before powering on, debugging and working, the staff must wear facial protection tools and gloves to prevent splashing Broken glass hurts! ! Before using the instrument, check whether the host is securely placed and plug in the motor cable connection plug. Make sure the protective ground terminal of the power supply is connected before connecting the power supply.
The striking power of this instrument is a motor. The rotating handle above the motor can adjust the spring pressure. The spring pressure has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Please do not adjust it without permission.
The motor speed regulator switch is turned on. Turn the power knob on the controller panel right, and the power indicator light will light up. Step on the foot switch and the motor will run to drive the hitting device. Release the foot switch and the motor stops running. Turn the knob on the motor speed regulator to adjust the speed of the striking frequency.
According to the thickness of the sample, change the corresponding striking height so that the distance between the struck surface of the sample and the hammer head is on the left and right. If the motor does not operate properly after adjusting the height, or cannot complete a tapping process, raise the tapping height accordingly until the operation is normal.
Load the sample, step on the foot switch, and start tapping. You can move the sample as needed during the tapping process. Release the foot switch and the tapping stops. During the test, the back of the glass should be close to the platform. If the back of the glass is too far away from the platform, it will affect the knocking effect and the free return of the hammer head. During the test, if the free position of the hammer head is raised, it will affect the normal operation of the machine. The hammer head should be returned to its free position in time.
The broken glass will fall into the receiving box. Please clean it up in time after the experiment.
