Checked the secondary air injection pump relay and found that the switch contacts were burned together. After dismantling the secondary air injection pump, it was found that the rotor winding coil was burned out and there was no repair value. At this point, the cause of the fault is clear. The secondary air injection pump's working current is large, causing the secondary air injection pump relay to overheat. The switch contacts are burned together due to the excessive temperature, eventually causing damage to the secondary air injection pump. Replace the secondary air injection pump relay and secondary air injection pump to completely eliminate the fault.
