When installing a vibration motor on a vibrating machine, the foot bolts of the vibration motor must be tightened, and flat and elastic washers must be added under each nut. In the early stages of operation of the vibration motor, due to the running-in between the bolts, nuts, and base planes, the tightening will be reduced. Small looseness may occur due to excessive force, so the motor's foot bolts should be tightened multiple times in the early stages of operation. Tighten once a day at the beginning, and check and tighten once a week after two weeks.
The vibration motor may get damp during transportation or when it is idle for a long time. Before use, use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance value of the winding. It should be greater than it can be used. If it gets damp, it needs to be dried. The bearings of the series vibration motors should be replenished with grease regularly (industrial lithium-based grease is generally replenished once a month. When the vibration motor is not working, use an oil gun to inject it at the grease nozzle.
The vibration motor is generally inspected once a month during operation. A major overhaul is done once a year. During minor overhaul, remove the dust accumulated in the machine, check the insulation resistance of the coil and whether the wiring is firm, and eliminate hidden dangers in a timely manner.
