Features and Advantages of Series Linear Vibrating Screens
>The vibrator adopts an external block eccentric structure, which has the advantages of large excitation force, light weight of the exciter, and small bearing load.
The plate adopts cold bending of the whole plate, no welding, high strength and long service life. The cross beams and side plates are indirectly connected by high-strength bolts that resist torsion and shear, without welding, and the cross beams are easy to replace.
The flexible coupling is used to connect the machine and the exciter. Compared with the universal joint connection, it has the advantages of long life, low cost, low requirements for the installation conditions of the screen machine, and small impact on the motor.
