First of all, the gangue processing process is to transport the coal gangue produced during the mining process to the vibrating screen through a conveyor for screening. The large pieces of gangue are screened and then enter the crusher for crushing. After crushing, the unqualified gangue will be screened by the vibrating screen again and fed back into the crusher until it is qualified. The qualified gangue will be transported to the batching station of the mixing system by the conveyor together with the previously screened finished gangue.
There is a measuring hopper under the storage silo of the batching station. The gangue calibrated according to the control system can be weighed and then the gangue is transported by the conveyor to the gangue waiting hopper on the upper part of the mixer. At the same time, the cementing material and fly ash are transported by the corresponding spiral. The conveyor transports the powder material to the weighing hopper, and the water is transported to the water weighing hopper by the liquid supply system.
After all the materials are weighed, open the pneumatic door of the gangue waiting hopper and the measuring hopper valves of the other three raw materials in a certain order to let each material enter the mixer and start the mixer to mix evenly. The filling material obtained after stirring enters the filling pump through the discharge door of the mixer through the discharge hopper and the rotating material distribution device to complete a mixing cycle.
