Concrete mixing station
Performance introduction
Concrete mixing station is a fully automatic concrete that completes the storage, transportation, metering and mixing of aggregates, cement, fly ash, powdered admixtures, water, liquid admixtures and other materials. The complete set of mixing equipment is suitable for large-scale ready-mixed concrete
manufacturers.
Its main features
Its main features
No manual cleaning in the mixer, non-stick mixing shaft, non-stick mixing drum cover
The concrete hopper is designed with wear-resistant technology
The additive scale adopts anti-leakage technology to ensure the safety of concrete production
The water scale adopts pressurized water unloading technology and can easily add and subtract water to ensure concrete slump control
Modular design has a high degree of factoryization and is quick to install and debug.
The hopper implements non-stick sand and fast discharge technology, and the loading process is fully enclosed, environmentally friendly and pollution-free
The powder silo is equipped with a centralized controller and a negative pressure pulse backflush dust collection device for direct control by the bulk truck driver. The cement silo safety and environmental protection dust removal control system is simple to operate, stable and reliable, and has many functions such as replenishing and buckling scales, continuous production, intelligent alarms, etc.

Concrete Mixing Station
Mainly composed of mixing host, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system and control system It is composed of other large systems and other ancillary facilities. Mixing host The mixing host is divided into forced mixing and self-falling mixing according to its mixing mode. Forced mixer
is currently the mainstream used in mixing stations at home and abroad. It can mix a variety of concretes such as fluid, semi-dry hard and dry hard concrete
. The self-falling mixing host mainly mixes fluid concrete and is currently rarely used in mixing plants. Forced mixers
According to the structure, they are divided into main shaft planetary mixers
single horizontal shaft mixers
and twin horizontal shaft mixers. Among them, the twin-shaft forced mixer has the best overall performance. Material weighing system The material weighing system is a key component that affects the quality of concrete and the cost of concrete production. It is mainly divided into three parts: aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing. Generally, mixing stations with a capacity of less than cubic meters per hour adopt the superposition weighing method, that is, the aggregate (sand and gravel) is weighed with a handful, cement and fly ash are weighed with a handful of scales, water and liquid admixtures are weighed separately, and then the liquid admixture is put in. Pre-mix in water weighing bucket. In mixing stations with more than cubic meters per hour, the method of weighing each material independently is often used. All weighings are controlled by electronic scales and microcomputers. The weighing accuracy of aggregates, cement powder, water and admixtures reaches the material conveying system. Material conveying consists of three parts. Aggregate conveying. Currently, there are two modes of conveying in mixing stations: hopper conveying and belt conveying. The advantage of the hopper lift is that it occupies a small area and has a simple structure. The advantages of belt conveying are large conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate. Belt conveying is mainly suitable for mixing stations with temporary aggregate storage bins to improve the productivity of the mixing station. 2. The powder materials available for conveying concrete are mainly cement
, fly ash and mineral powder
. The most commonly used powder transportation method at present is screw conveyor transportation. Large mixing buildings use pneumatic transportation and scraper transportation. The advantage of screw conveying is simple structure, low cost and reliable use. Three-liquid transportation mainly refers to water and liquid additives, which are transported by water pumps respectively. Material Storage Systems The material storage methods available for concrete are basically the same. The aggregates are stacked in the open air (there are also closed silos in large urban commercial concrete mixing stations). The powders are stored in fully enclosed steel structure silos and the admixtures are stored in steel structure containers. Control system The control system of the mixing station is the central nervous system of the entire equipment. The control system has different functions and configurations according to the different requirements of users and the size of the mixing station. Generally, the control systems of small mixing stations available at construction sites are simpler, while the systems of large mixing stations are relatively complex.
