Advanced design technology The calculation of all parameters and its optimized design are fully completed by computer workstations. Precision processing technology and strict quality system ensure that the coordination and load-bearing capacity of each component are within the optimal range when the vibration motor is working.
The stator and rotor required for the special electromagnetic design vibration motor are all made of silicon steel sheets with high-quality magnetic permeability, which reduces the eddy current loss of the iron core, ensures strong starting torque, and can quickly reach the rated operating speed.
The bearings used in the load-bearing design are all heavy-duty special bearings, which are sufficient to withstand and transmit radial excitation force and axial load, and have good heat dissipation capabilities. Double seal design ensures the cleanliness of the bearing chamber in severe dust environments. Use imported high temperature resistant bearing lithium grease lubricant to extend the service life of the bearings.
The excitation blocks at both ends of the extremely adjustable vibration motor are marked with precise dials, which can very easily adjust the excitation force and working torque from zero to maximum steplessly to meet work needs.
