2. Features of the production line
The mold heating part of the production line adopts an intelligent temperature controller to automatically control the temperature, and uses multi-point temperature measurement to control the mold temperature more accurately.
The traction machine adopts hydraulic reciprocating alternating traction, and the hydraulic system uses small pressure and large cylinders to ensure large traction force, stable traction speed, and low system load
It is beneficial to increase the service life of the hydraulic components.
A hydraulic system controls two traction frames respectively, and a precision speed regulating valve is used to realize speed regulation, making the operation simple and convenient.
The system pressure and compaction pressure are adjustable to ensure that products are produced under sufficient pressure without being crushed.
Use a large-area cooler water circulation to cool the system oil temperature. The system comes with a circulating water tank and pipeline pump for customer convenience.
The production line adopts Japanese Omron programming control, and can also be directly operated by buttons. It has pause and car warming functions, making the operation easy and simple.
