The quaternary ammonium modified bentonite developed and produced by Zhejiang Fenghong New Materials Co., Ltd. is specially used as a thickener for naphthenic oil, paraffin-based mineral oil and synthetic oil grease. It has good thickening performance, anti-rust performance and Temperature resistance. This product is dispersed in base oil to make bentonite grease. It can also be used as a thickener suspending agent for solid lubricants such as graphite molybdenum dioxide in an oil carrier. Organobentonite has high purity and almost contains no hard impurities such as quartz feldspar. The grease made with low wear is suitable for high-speed, high-load and precision machinery lubrication and can work at high temperatures for a long time. Its temperature resistance is better than traditional lithium-based grease and is equivalent to molybdenum dioxide grease. It can also be used to prepare grease for cables. Use bentonite grease based on naphthenic paraffinic mineral oil. The amount of organic clay added is generally such that the penetration is up to (/dropping point is greater than the degree), the oil separation of the steel mesh is less than that of the low carbon steel sheet, and the steel sheet has no patina.
